Please note that the commission is for personal use only, if it is a commercial commission please email [email protected] to discuss details and requirements.✦ Payment ✦Please only pay after artist have sent out invoices or is ready to start your commission.All prices are in USD, you can choose to pay half upfront / full, via PayPal (+5% fees) / WISE.
For NZ commissioners I accept bank transfers, and the prices will be converted to NZD.Payment options of paying half upfront/full payment are available.A refund is possible if the work hasn't started. The commission is non-refundable once the work has started.If the artist is unable to complete the commission for any reason the client is allowed to ask for a refund, or the artist will offer a refund.

The artist has the copyright to display and distribute the commission on their portfolio or social media.The artist also has the right to post WIPs on social media, please specify if you do not wish any WIPs to be posted.If you do not wish to never have the commissioned work posted, there will be a +30% extra fee for the commission.✦ Client Rights✦The artist is based in New Zealand so there might be a timezone difference.Full artist credit must be given when you post/share the commission piece online.The client cannot claim credit, copy, or trace the commission as their work.For personal commissions, the client cannot resell it or distribute physical copies. Printing for personal use is allowed.Commercial commissions might have additional costs, please email the artist to discuss your requirements.________________________✦ Timeline & communication ✦Please allow 1 week - 4 weeks for the completion of your commission.
Depending on the complexity of the work and the current workload.The artist will keep the client updated with WIPs throughout the process. Email is preferred but if the client wishes to use other platforms the artist can adjust for the client's needs.The artist will not leave paid clients without updates for more than 3 weeks. If situations come up the client will always be given notice.________________________✦ The workflow✦1. Line & Color Sketch stage > revision WIPs (2 revisions)
2. Detailing > revision WIPs (2 revisions)
3. Final stage > revision WIPs (1 revision)You cannot request to change your order to a different character/design after the sketch phase.The client can suggest minor changes/corrections such as missing accessories, adding small details, and adjusting colors.Major revisions are accepted during the line and color sketch phase.Requesting major revisions after the finished stage will have an additional charge.________________________✦ Specifications ✦Commission sizes are default to A4 / 2500~3000px, 300dpi unless specified. If the client intends to print the commission please specify your desired artwork size.Please provide references of :
